There are 13 vitamins human body needs, however A, B, C, D and E vitamins are needed to keep body working properly.
Vitamin A helps our body from defencing against the illness and infections, it is found in fish, eggs, and dairy products.
Vitamin B helps in healing wounds faster and treats anxiety and osteoporosis, it is found in leafy greens, seeds and poultry
Vitamin C helps in protecting cells and keep them healthy, it is rich in citrus fruits like oranges, kiwi, lemon etc.
Vitamin D helps in regulating calcium & phosphorous in the body, it is rich in egg yolks, yogurt, cheese and dairy products.
Vitamin E helps helps in maintaining healthy skin and strengthens the body, it is rich in spinach, sunflower seeds etc.
