Jamsetji Tata was an Indian pioneer industrialist who founded the Tata Group, India's biggest conglomerate company.

Jamsetji Tata was a bright student and received his early education in Bombay (now Mumbai).

He was sent to England in 1858 to study engineering at the age of 19.

After returning from England in 1862, Jamsetji Tata started his career as an apprentice at his father's trading firm.

In 1868, he started a small trading company, which later grew into a large industrial empire.

Jamsetji Tata was not just an entrepreneur, but also a visionary who had a deep love for his country.

The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, which was opened in Mumbai in 1903, is one of the most iconic hotels in India.

He was not just a successful businessman, but also a philanthropist who believed in giving back to society.
