The History of Lamborghini - From Tractors to Supercars

Srikant

Lamborghini was founded by Ferruccio Lamborghini, a wealthy Italian industrialist who had passion for high-performance cars.

Lamborghini was himself a Taurus and had a deep interest in bullfighting. As a result, he chose a raging bull as a logo.

Lamborghini's first car, the 350 GT, was introduced in 1964 and featured a V12 engine that could produce upto 280 horsepower.

With a top speed of 221 mph, the Lamborghini Veneno and Veneno Roadster take top honors as the fastest Lamborghini's.

After World War II, Lamborghini founded a business making tractors from reconfigured surplus military machines in Italy.

Since then, Lamborghini tractors have not slowed down. They offer a full range of tractors with over 21 options to buy.

Lamborghini produces only a few thousand cars per year, making them one of the rarest and most exclusive car brands.

In 2022, Lamborghini saw the best sales figure ever and delivered 9,233 cars worldwide, which is 10% increase from 2021.
