The XTurismo Hoverbike - World's First Flying MotorBike

A Japanese start-up AERWINS Technologies showcased its flying hoverbike at the Detroit Auto Show in the US.

The XTURISMO hoverbike is capable of flying for 40 minutes in the air and it can reach speeds of up to 62mph.

The Hoverbike uses two large central rotors powered by a 228-hp gas-powered Kawasaki performance engines for the thrust.

The XTURISMO Hoverbike's has a lightweight carbon fibre body, it weighs only 299kg and it's roughly 12 feet long.

Hoverbike is already on sale in Japan, however, due to strict regulations it is only allowed to fly or hover over racetracks.

The Hoverbike is priced at $777,000, company hopes to get the cost down to $50,000 for a smaller electric models by 2025.
