Trekking means to go on a long arduous journey to various environments typically on foot.

Trekking is not necessarily mountaineering. It is walking for a number of days in challenging environments that can be hilly.

Trekking is a natural hobby that is pursued by human beings who love nature. It is an adventure sport.

Trekking oxygenate one's heart,helps to keep mind sharper,make creativity more alive and make one's relationship happier.

Without at least some pre-trip training or a good basic level of fitness, trekking is really hard.

Trekking is very good for both the aspect of your health that is physical health and mental health.

Trekking helps us live in the present moment and improves our mood, decreases anxiety and even helps in memory retention.

It is a lifetime experience which offers a high adrenaline rush and a chance to come close to the wonders of nature.
